The location is a major highlight, right in the middle of the action. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. check-in was a messy experience, with long lines and a confusing kiosk system. The air conditioning and refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and switching rooms didn’t help. While the grounds had a nice ambiance and the music selection at the pool was great, cleanliness was lacking—rooms felt old, and I spotted a moth. No complimentary breakfast and some rude staff interactions didn’t help either. Despite the charming vibe, it fell short of expectations.

The private parking was next to the hotel, excellent service. The bedroom was modern looking and fully renovated. The breakfast was reasonable and great affordable, with plenty of goodies. The location couldn't be more great and fab to the strip which less walking to other casino.

The room itself had some maintenance issues like damaged bathroom fixtures and a dirty shower. The lack of basic amenities like a shower curtain and hand soap was also frustrating. On the bright side, the location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the strip with easy access to everything. The wildlife area was a pleasant surprise, adding a touch of nature amidst the city chaos. the cleanliness and upkeep of the room left much to be desired. communication with the staff was lacking. We experienced poor service when seeking assistance, with unhelpful responses and a lack of attention to detail.
